At TopRight, we aim to be a good neighbor. We are always happy to help, we take responsibility, and we clean up after ourselves. When CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is mentioned, it’s the ’good neighbor’ we think of. That’s why sustainability is the focus of our CSR efforts.

For a Sustainable Future

Our planet has provided us humans with natural resources that we do not use responsibly. Our consumption is far beyond what the planet’s limits. For sustainable development, we must change how we use our resources. A transition is necessary – we must reduce our impact on the climate and the environment.

Global Goals

The UN’s Agenda 2030 with the Global Goals is an ambitious agreement between the world’s nations to, among other things, tackle the climate crisis. At TopRight, we focus our efforts on two of these goals: Goal 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production, and Goal 13 – Climate Action.

Circular Economy

TopRight wants to have a proactive role in the industry's shift toward a circular economy. AV installations don’t need to rely solely on brand-new equipment. Based on the function you're trying to accomplish, it can often be delivered through a mix of new and reused products. To minimize unnecessary production of new electronics, it’s crucial to use resources wisely. New equipment can be more environmentally friendly due to improved energy efficiency. It can also be necessary to achieve certain functionalities. By making thoughtful choices, we help make the industry’s economy more circular.

A Sustainable Method

TopRight offers sustainable AV solutions for meeting rooms, exhibitions, and commercial spaces to best meet your needs.

We start by discussing your specific needs to identify your requirements.
We propose a solution along with a complete list of necessary components.
We review your existing equipment to see what can be reused. This reduces the need for new purchases, lowering costs* while also benefiting the environment by minimizing new production. Naturally, we complement reused equipment with new to make sure we meet your needs.
When you don’t have reusable equipment, perhaps one of our other clients does.
All required components are procured and installed.

* Integrating older technology into a new solution can sometimes be more complex and result in higher installation and handling costs or increased energy consumption. In such cases, investing in new equipment may be justified in order to reduce environmental impact over time.

Recycling

Of course, things sometimes break. We work closely with service centers that can repair products when the warranty has expired. When repairs are not an option, we aim to find reused replacement equipment. Items that cannot be repaired often have no second-hand value and need to be recycled or disposed of by a third party. Our partners in this process hold the necessary certifications.

AV Tech as a Service

Another sustainable approach to your installations could be to not own any equipment. We offer AV installations as a service, including our support and service agreement. What you’re investing in is a function. When you sign a function based rental agreement, it becomes our responsibility to maintain the functionality you’ve ordered — as well as to find the best combination of technology (new or reused) for the task and for the environment.

CO2-Compensation

One way to protect the environment is to reduce carbon emissions, which we know contribute to global warming. In addition to our ambition to lower our climate impact through more resource-conscious deliveries, TopRight offsets its emissions through CO2 credits. We also offer all our customers complimentary carbon elimination.
